Handmade with sycamore wood from Pensychnant Conservation Centre. Contains a small amount of spalting which gives it character. Sealed with a food safe mineral oil.
NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
Charcuterie and chopping boards should be maintained by regular oiling with a suitable mineral oil. Vegetable oils such as olive oils are not recommended.
