Wood products in general

Wood products are made from .... wood! They are natural, and different woods will react in different ways, but as a rule try and follow the following general instructions:

• Never put in a dishwasher to clean
• Never leave to soak in water
• Dry with a clean tea towel as soon as your product has been washed
• Keep out of direct sunlight
• Keep away from naked flames

Charcuterie Boards

• Periodically administer a food safe mineral oil to the board. Mineral oil can be obtained from numerous outlets such as Amazon- just search for "Chopping Board Oil". Follow the instructions on the oil.
• Avoid leaving the board in direct sunlight

Candle Holders

• NEVER LEAVE A LIT CANDLE UNATTENDED
• Never leave children alone with a lit candle
• The candle holders include a glass or metal insert to protect the wood from the flame of the candle. Never use without an insert in place.
• Each candle has a warning sticker on the bottom- ensure you read and follow the instructions.
• Never place a lit candle by combustible material (such as curtains)

Fire lighters

Firelighters are designed to burn, so keep away from naked flames until you are ready to use them.

Fridge Magnets

• Magnets are not toys and should be kept away from children and animals
• If you think your child or pet may have swallowed a magnet, seek medical/ veterinary advice immediately
